MATERIAL USED:

•  Galvalume Steel in Silicon Modified Polyester colour or in Bare.

COMPOSITION:

•  Galvalume high tensile cold rolled steel as per AS 1397, coating class AZ150 (min. 150gms/m2 zinc-aluminium alloy coating mass, total of both sides), 550 Mpa / 300 Mpa yield strength.
•  Available in any length between 1000 mm to 12000mm cut to suit customer’s requirement.

TYPES OF ROOFING:

Tracdek Hi-Rib:

TRACKED Hi-Rib comes in various total coated thickness from 0.5mm in Bare and colour coated Galvalume high tensile steel to 0.55 – 0.65mm in Galvanised Steel colour coated.
The patented fluted side lap makes TRACDEK Hi-Rib completely watertight. The side lap is totally weatherproof. Any moisture drawn in by capillary action is trapped and dispersed by normal run-off.
Long lengths and weatherproof side lap allow TRACDEK Hi-Rib to be used safely on roof pitches as low as 3 deg. (approx. 1 in 20) in single sheet lengths, 5 deg (approx. 1 in 11) with end laps, and for vertical cladding.
TRACDEK Hi-Rib is also available in crimp curved sections.

TRACDEK KLIPPON:

Tracdek Klippon is available in various total coated thickness from 0.55mm in Bare Galvalume Steel to 0.58 – 0.68mm in Galvalume Steel colour coated.
The clip-on side lap makes the Klippon profile completely water-tight. The side lap is totally weatherproof. Any moisture drawn in by capillary action is trapped and dispersed by normal run-of.
Long lengths and weatherproof side lap allow the Klippon profile to be used safely on roof pitches as low as 2 deg. (approx. 1 in 30) for single length sheets, 3 deg. (approx. 1 in 20) with end laps.

CRIMP CURVED TRACDEK:

Crimp Curved Tracdek Hi-Rib is developed to provide versatility and creativity to bring new and refreshing design to commercial, industrial and domestic buildings.
The combination of curves and contours in concave and convex shapes with flats and angles in TRACDEK Hi-Rib produce many aesthetically pleasing buildings.
This design freedom can result in significant cost saving in construction mainly due to:
a) Less supporting framework required for parapets and roofs.
b) Reduction or elimination of many flashing/cappings.
c) Less cladding material required for covering a given curve.

Crimp curved TRACDEK Hi-Rib is available in polyester coated galvanized steel or organic coated Galvalume.
Maximum length of straight sheet that can be curved at its center (for Ridge Application) is approximately 12 metres.
