Mr. Anil Kumar,   Singh is  a  Mechanical Engineer &  PGDBM (Finance), aged 40 years,  During initial phase of his career he was associated with LARSEN & TOUBRO LTD,   Bombay   for   training  for  one year. After his initial stint  he has with   Escorts Ltd.,   for 2 years in  Sales  and  then was with  Lloyd  Insulation looking after their branch for Six years. He has started of his own in the year 1990 by incorporating Ambient Controls in August 1990.
He is  a versatile personality and takes active part in the business as well as social activities. He always comes  forward to take up new assignments/ challenges and keen to work on solutions which fulfill the techno-commercial needs of the Projects.

Mrs.  Malti Kumar,  aged  38,  wife  of   Mr. Anil Kumar  is  a  Graduate  from Delhi University.  Besides being in the Board of Directors, she actively involved with day to day operation of the organisation since 1991. She  had  long  experience  of  being  associated  with  Engineering  company  for  8  years,  where  she  had  implemented  office system, Customers’ response  and  interactive  systems.   She  has  been  instrumental  in establishing office  system  for   this  company  along with  a team of faithful and hard  working  personally who are over respective to the Customer Cell.  She is directly involved  in direct marketing  and execution by virtue of her experience and commitment to the growth of the company.

M.P. Mantri, s/o Shri M. L. Mantri, aged 56 years, is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering of 1965.  Having high experience of  33 years in various leading groups' unit like Birlas, Bangurs in India and overseas experience in Indonesia.  During initial phase of career he worked as Plant Engineer & Chief Mechanical Engineer in two units of Bangurs - first at Calcutta and subsequently at Orissa. Thereafter, his lion share of career  (22 years), was associated with Aditya Birla's group in Grasim Industries in their Karnataka unit as in various senior positions, lastly as Vice President (Engg.) position. During Grasim's tenure he had handled all functions of engineering & maintenance of entire plant & Engineering Division after setting up 200 TPD Green Field Rayon grade Pulp Project. The Engineering Division, which was working as independent profit centre, was engaged in Designing, Manufacturing, Erection & Commissioning  of various Pulp plants, VSF plants, Cement plants and other chemical plant.(Total 10000 Tons of Heavy & Medium Fabrication & Erection experience at Grasim).

Subsequent to Grasim he moved to Indonesia, where he worked as Chief Co-ordination Manager to oversee all fabrication & erection of plant & equipment for New  Greenfield Pulp & Paper  project, having 2000 TPD capacity with US $ 800 million investment, a world's largest pulp plant.  During this tenure, handled more than 12000 Tons of Fabrication & Erection of various equipment like Tankages  Structures etc.

Travelled extensively to Europe & South East Asian countries for technical negotiations for import of plant & equipment and technical know-how. Thus gained overseas exposure & experience of interaction with best technocrats of international repute.  Well versed with working on international norms & standards of quality.

Top Management experience in overseeing all technical functions including introducing State- of- Art Systems  and   reporting  module  for  efficient  working  with  team  spirit working culture  for the organisation.  Result oriented go-getter, team builder, motivator along with knack of getting work done.  Ability and exposure to deal and negotiate with Financial Institutions, Bankers, Government  bodies and Clients.
