Profiled sheeting, 1000/1020 mm cover width, 28 to 30 mm high crests at 250/225 mm centres, in lengths upto 12m to suit the requirement, bare galvalume hot-dip metallic coated steel. Sheets to have wide pans with three stiffening ribs for efficient water shedding, and special male/female sides with full return leg on side lap for support from purlin at ends and anti-capillary flute in side lap.

Material
The sheet shall have wide pans with stiffening ribs for effective water shedding and special male/female ends on side laps for purlin support and anti-capillary flute in side lap. The sheets shall have a hot-dip metallic coating of Zinc & Aluminium (150 gsm Zinc/Alum. coating mass total of both sides, AZ 150 as per AS-1397), 275Mpa yield stress, passivated and clear resin coated, complete including galvanized concealed compatible clips and wafer-head fasteners.

Organic Coating (OPTIONAL)
Exterior coat of regular silicon polyester (SMP) paint system, 20 micron top coat over 5 micron primer and conversion coat and a 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer and conversion coat.
