Hot dip zinc-aluminium alloy coated steel.
Hot dip coating of 55% aluminium, 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon .
Technology developed by Bethlehem steel, USA, now licensed by BIEC Inc., USA
Proven life of two to four times that of galvanised steel in equivalent coating thickness
Dual protection due to sacrificial action of zinc and barrier protection of aluminium
Excellent cut edge protection. Available in 150 gm/m2 (AZ150) and 200 gm/m2 (AZ200) coating mass grades, total of both sides.
 


GalvalumeŽ APPEARANCE

GalvalumeŽ has a shining aluminium like appearance with very small spangles. Can be used in natural finish or with organic coated finish.

With silicon polyester coating - suitable for mild industrial, mild coastal and mild rural areas. Life to first maintenance in excess of 15 years

With fluoropolymer (PVF2 KYNARŽ 500) coating systems - suitable for heavy industrial, severe coastal and other severe environments. Life to first maintenance in excess of 20 years.

 
 

Sandwich Insulated Puf Panels


The company envisages to produce sandwich panels for three applications . ie Roofing, walling and cold room walling. The panels will use stell or aluminum sheets for facing and will be manufactured in thickness range of 30 to 120 mm. They will come in width of 1000 mm to 1200 mm and maximum length of panel will be 15 meter.


The sandwich panel consists of two facing relatively thing metal sheet profiled preferably and high strength enclosing a core, which relatively think and light but has adequate stiffness in a direction normal to face of the panel. The facing are of steel or aluminum. The core is made of polyurethane. The advantages of sandwich panel with polyurethane in the core over normal panels used for roofing or walling are as under :-
